How to Check Which Type of Processor Your Android Device Have?

#1 First of all download and install the app named Droid Hardware Info from the Google Play Store. Just search for this app and then click on the install button aside to it to start the installation process, after that let the app be downloaded and installed. Some permissions would be asked before you start to install the app just grant all those and move right away with the installation.

#2 Open the newly installed app and inside the app head towards to the System tab and you would see there the two fields named CPU Architecture and Instruction Sets. Open up these fields and surf through these, you would get much much information regarded to the processor but you might not be able to read it as such. Just follow up the method and we would help you decode that information of your Android device processor.

#3 Essentially the ARM: ARMv7 or armeabi, ARM64: AArch64 or arm64 and the x86: x86 or x86abi is the decoded information for your processor architecture that you might be looking for. Some of the other information is too listed with the app which you could easily use to narrate the full hardware information of your device processor!

You have now got the simple way through which you could be able to know about all technical information about your processor on the Android device. This information you get could be useful to you for knowing about the quality of the device and it’s performance factors etc during the buying of any new device.

Find Your CPU Architecture & Instruction Sets
Next up, simply open Droid Hardware Info and head to the System tab. From here, there are two fields to note—CPU Architecture and Instruction Sets. Jot this information down and use the table in below to find the common name for your CPU type.

Convert That Info into a Common CPU Name
The information provided in the CPU Architecture and Instruction Sets fields differs a bit from the requirements you'll see for an app or the Xposed Installer, for instance. So to wrap things up, match up the information you found in Droid Hardware Info with the list below to find the common name for your device's CPU type:

* ARM: ARMv7 or armeabi
* ARM64: AArch64 or arm64
* x86: x86 or x86abi

What Was Google’s Original Name?

Answer: BackRub ANSWER IS BACK RUB In the 21st century, Google is a household name–even among the households that don’t use it. Back in the late 20th century, 1996 to be exact, Google was unheard of. The precursor to Google, the earliest collaboration between Google founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin, was nicknamed–rather oddly–BackRub. The “BackRub” moniker hung on through 1996 and into late 1997 when they registered Google.com. In the fall of 1998 the ambitious pair incorporated Google, Inc. What started as a project between two friends on a college campus with a computer case cobbled together from plastic sheets and LEGO bricks grew into the world’s largest search provider over the next decade. How much of that growth can be attributed to ditching the awkward name BackRub, the world will never know.
